Wasup is a desktop copilot, not a cloud chatbot. You connect your number, add your OpenRouter key, train on your FAQs, and use Draft queue so every reply is reviewed before send — with AI matching the customer’s language and a gloss in yours.

Instaler en Windows
Download el instaledor NSIS. Sem Node.js ni npm. Configuração con un clic en seu PC.

Activar licença
Pega la clave del email de compra cuando se solicite (tras la prueba, en Connect).

Conectar WhatsApp
Escanea QR ou usa emparejamiento por teléfono. Usa un número de negocio dedicado cuando sea posible.

Añadir clave OpenRouter
Setup → API keys → pega la clave → Save + Test hasta que todo esté en verde. Pagas OpenRouter directamente.

Entrenar + Draft queue
Paste FAQs in Training. Set Inbox to Draft queue. AI suggests in the customer’s language — you read the gloss, then approve before send.
Draft queue (recomendado)
In Draft queue mode, AI reads each inbound message and writes a suggested reply in the customer’s language. Nothing sends until you click Send to WhatsApp. You stay in control while AI does the heavy lifting.
BYOK con OpenRouter
Create an account at openrouter.ai, add credits, and paste your API key in Setup → API keys. One key powers chat replies, voice-note transcription, and operator translation. Typical cost is a few dollars to tens of dollars per month depending on volume — billed directly by OpenRouter, not marked up by us.
Notas de voz
When a customer sends a voice note, the desk transcribes it via OpenRouter STT so AI can suggest a contextual reply in their language. Install ffmpeg if transcription fails: winget install Gyan.FFmpeg
Operator translation
Set your desk UI language (English, Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, Arabic). Inbound text and voice transcripts stay in the original; a muted gloss appears underneath in your language. Outbound AI drafts still match the customer — you approve, then send.
